How Many Drops of High Potency Full Spectrum CBD Oil Should I Take?

How much CBD oil that you’ll need for daily use depends on three elements that include your body weight, your body chemistry (basically your tolerance which will build over time) and how significant do you need the effects (if you’re using this for strong chronic pain than you may need more than someone using this just to promote general health).

A typical recommendation to start would be 50-100mg/day. This can be broken up into first thing in the morning and before bed.
