HOW TO USE

Taking CBD capsules and supplements is quite easy. It's just like taking a pill. Generally take with water and realize that the effect won't be immediate. If you're taking it for bedtime or for the morning, give it 30-45 minutes to begin having it's effect. One of the benefits of CBD capsules is that they are well designed for travel, being small, portable and not prone to damage or leakage in their bottle.
