CBD oil is one of the most classic ways to ingest CBD. You can add them to your favorite beverage or take them sublingually.

Different base oils are mixed with the CBD isolate or a full or broad-spectrum formula to create different strengths and flavors of CBD oil.

CBD oil typically comes in either pure CBD isolate form, meaning that it contains only the CBD cannabinoid. Full spectrum CBD oil contains all of the hemp plant's cannabinoids, allowing the user to benefit from what is called the "entourage effect". Broad spectrum oils contain a mixture of cannabinoids but some, such as all THC, may have been taken out. All of our products have less than 0.3% THC and are federally legal.

HOW TO USE

CBD oil is most often used sublingually, which means to take it under your tongue. Place it under your tongue for about 60 seconds and then swallow it.  Alternatively, you can use it as a food additive, or dissolve it in water and drink it.

Based on your desired dosage, place the liquid using the dropper, under your tongue. Leave it in your mouth between one and two minutes. You can occasionally swish it around your mouth a bit since you can get absorption in all the mouth’s tissues. Let it sit under the tongue for a minute or two and then swallow it.

COMMON USES

Taking a CBD oil, also known as a tincture (this may be referred to on packaging and is defined as an alcohol-based solution and oil), is a very effective way to ingest CBD as part of your daily routine. It allows your body to effectively absorb CBD and the other cannabinoids. Whether you find it to be effective as a morning routine, or add it into your nighttime routine as an extra boost before bed, CBD oil is a great option for many.

DOSAGE

First, in terms of understanding the strength of your product, the total milligrams designated on the package should be divided by the number of milliliters in the bottoms, so you know how many mg of CBD there are per ml.

Droppers are generally either 1ml or 2ml in size. For example, a 1000mg bottle of CBD oil in a 30ml bottle is pretty typical. The dropper in those bottles is 1ml, so the dosage per dropper is 1000/30, or 33.3mg per dropper. One or two droppers per day is typical, but you should always see how your body reacts. Some people find increasing dosage over time is effective. Bottles come anywhere from 250mg in strength upwards to 3500mg.
