CBD gummies and edibles come in a large variety of shapes, sizes, strengths, and flavors. The product range includes gummies, tarts, chocolate, candy, and coffee.

As with other CBD products, be sure to determine if you want a pure CBD isolate product, or Broad spectrum or Full spectrum products. Those definitions can be found under CBD education. Also, many of the edibles products may be coated with CBD or may have the CBD-infused into the manufacturing process, which tends to be higher quality to ensure consistency.

Because CBD dosing tends not to be that specific, these products work well for those who want to ingest CBD more casually, or if not, be sure to calculate the CBD milligrams per item (such as a gummy). Sitting around eating a whole 3000mg jar of CBD gummies throughout the day is not advised.

COMMON USES

CBD gummies and edibles provide all of the same effects compared to other CBD products. Some CBD edibles contain other elements such as Melatonin for sleep, or turmeric for joint health. These are fit for purpose, so be sure to read the label and contact us with any questions.

DOSAGE

Dosage for a typical CBD user of edibles and drinks from 25mg to 100mg per day. It's our suggestion to start at 25mg to 50mg and see if you are seeing the desired effect. Some of the snacks are tempting, so be careful not to take too much before you understand how that dosage impacts you. Although CBD does not "sedate" you, it can make you feel relaxed.
