What Are Delta-9 THC Vape Pens?

A delta-9 vape pen (or “cart”) is a small chamber filled with cannabis oil or concentrate. Manufacturers can extract or create enough delta-9 THC from hemp plants to create vape carts. And that means they’re not necessarily illegal. Still, it’s always a good idea to check the state and local laws that apply to you before you explore different cannabis products.

Delta 9 vs. Delta 8

While they may hail from the same family, delta 8 and delta 9 are not the same thing. They are extremely similar; only a small molecular difference distinguishes them from one another.
