We are a rapidly growing online and retail CBD business. We are looking to add to our team with reliable, detailed-oriented, and fun people to support our retail store in Chesterfield.
Full time is desired and the shifts can be discussed based on availability, but we are open 9am-9pm every day except Sunday, and that is 10am-6pm. Some weekend and evening shifts would be required.
The job is quite exciting because of the variety of activities. It does involve becoming expert in the CBD and hemp-derived THC products and uses so you can consult with customers in-store and respond to online or phone questions. Daily activities include retail customer interaction in the store (consult, sales, complete transaction), inventory management, store appearance, and dealing with customer service issues as they arise. Experience in helping retail customers is important, not just running a register, but engaging them and having consultative conversations.
- In addition to the retail sales role, some shifts may be in our office where we write customer notes, pick, and pack orders for our online orders.
It involves learning about the benefits of CBD, being able to educate customers and conduct the retail transactions on our Point-Of-Sale system. Full training is provided. We are looking for someone energetic, curious about CBD or already knowledgeable and ready to really care about the growing, family-owned business.
