CALCULATING YOUR CBD DOSE

Dosing needs vary greatly by individual, but we typically recommend 50-100mg per day. You can check out our more complete dosing guide. To calculate the milligrams per dropper, take the strength of the entire bottle (2500mg or 5000mg for example) and divide by 60, which is the number of milliliters per bottle. A 5000mg bottle would be 83mg per 1ml dropper, for example.

HOW TO TAKE CANNA RIVER CBD OIL

CBD oil is usually taken sublingually. In short, “sublingually” means “under the tongue”. This has a faster absorption rate that will get the CBD into your bloodstream quicker. To take CBD oil sublingually; choose your potency, fill the dropper, place the liquid under your tongue, let it hang out there for 1 minute, then swallow it.
