Jiu-Jitsu Fighter Speaks about the Benefits of CBD

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is one of the most popular sports on the planet.  It was originally developed in Japan before being brought over to Brazil.  BJJ isn’t just a powerful martial art, but it’s also an intense workout.  A Jiu-Jitsu fighter and customer of The Green Dragon CBD speaks about the benefits of CBD that she has enjoyed.

BJJ, as described by Evolve-MMA: “…two grapplers step onto the mat. They roll. They exchange positions. The end comes swiftly and expertly, when one man [or woman] submits the other with a highly-technical execution of some sort of joint lock or hold. The science of how anyone with this wide set of skills can subdue any opponent no matter the age, gender, or size, is ultimately BJJ’s core appeal.”

One of our valued customers at TheGreenDragonCBD, Karlie, speaks out in the video below about her experience with her CBD products.  Karlie is a Jujutsu-Ka (Jiu-Jitsu practitioner), MMA fighter, go-kart traveling team photographer, avid weight-trainer, and all-around active 20-something.  That lifestyle, combined with her day-job in front of a computer, places a lot of demands on her body.  Karlie uses CBD Oil and CBD Heat-Relief cream to drive various benefits in her life.  Watch her video for details!

Karlie provides a great example of the simple, yet broad-ranging impacts CBD can have on someone of any age.  Daily Use of CBD for general health and wellness, Topical Cream for specific joint or pain relief, and an ability to sleep better are all benefits Karlie has experienced.  Karlie uses 2 products regularly, shown below.

CBD Health and Relief Products

Any of the CBD Oils, particularly the Full-Spectrum Oils can be great for daily use. They can be taken sublingually (drops under the tongue), as a food additive, or as capsules and more. Check out all of the product categories at TheGreenDragonCBD.

The full-spectrum KOI Naturals CBD Oil also provides Karlie with the “ entourage effect”  This effect describes the phenomenon where the 400+ compounds in cannabis work in concert to have a synergistic effect on the body. In other words, it is the sum of its parts that make cannabis so effective.

We may not all be as active as Karlie, but if CBD can help her, it has applications to everyone.  She found her combination of products and is ready to try more.  Come in or send us a note for a consultation on what might be right for you!  Write us here.
