HOW TO USE
Most CBD topicals are simple enough to use, just apply to the skin on the desired areas. You can repeat this throughout the day as needed. Because topicals are absorbed through the skin, the results can vary quite a bit depending on skin conditions and individual bodies. When choosing a product be sure to understand which of the product types is right for your situation and contact us if you have any questions.
DOSAGE
The dosage for CBD topicals can be very dependent on the particular usage, but it starts with understanding the dosage on the product. The milligrams of CBD listed on the product label is typically the quantity in the entire bottle or container. That means you need to divide the total number of milligrams by the number of ounces in the container. For example, a 300mg CBD product in a 3oz. tube would be 100mg per ounce. By doing this you can level-set each of the products. You may decide to buy a lower concentrated CBD topical if you have a large area of your body to cover, if for nothing else, economical reasons since the CBD is the high-cost component of the product. Select your product based on how much you might use in a given month and then get something relatively strong to ensure you will be getting the effect. Our products vary widely, so be sure to contact us if you have any questions. Some trial and error may be required depending on your body and condition to be treated.
