POPPi’s 75 milligram tablets are convenient, precisely dosed, and simple to use! They do not require water, so you can take them whenever you want support.
Start with a low dosage to establish tolerance.
Chew ¼ or of a tablet or let it fully dissolve under your tongue, then swallow.
Expect to feel effects within 30-90 minutes after ingestion. These effects can last for 5 - 7 hours, with the peak at 2 - 4 hours. However, mild effects may last into the following day.
Consuming food with 7OH may delay the onset of effects.
