SEDA 7OH Tablets Recommended Use

Tablets are portable, precisely dosed, and easy to take! They require no water, so you can take them with you on the go.

If you are new to SEDA’s 7oh chewable tablets, start with a low dosage to establish tolerance. 

Chew ¼ or half of a tablet or let it fully dissolve under your tongue, then swallow.

Expect to feel effects within 30-90 minutes after ingestion. Effects can last for 5 - 7 hours, with the peak at 2 - 4 hours. However, mild effects may last into the following day.

Consuming food with 7OH may delay the onset of effects.

Remember to always test out dosages at a slow pace until you know your preferred dose.
