For optimal effects, start with half a tablet and monitor your response. It’s recommended to limit usage to half a tablet within 24 hours and restrict intake to four days per month, making these tablets ideal for occasional use.

Chew the tablet or let it fully dissolve under your tongue, then swallow.

Generally, you should expect to feel effects within 30-90 minutes after ingestion. These effects can last for 5 - 7 hours, with the peak at 2 - 4 hours. However, mild effects may last into the following day.
