Canna River CBD + CBG Wellness Tincture is the ultimate way to achieve your CBD effects quickly. This CBD oil is awesomely beneficial with 5,000mg CBD + 2,500mg CBG (7,500mg total) per 60mL bottle - that's 125mg/mL! Canna River chose to make MCT oil as the carrier oil due to its healthy fat content and ability to work with CBD as an energizer for your body’s general wellness.
The Canna River CBD Wellness Tincture comes in Lemon Raspberry or Mango Peach. Choose Lemon Raspberry for deliciously sweet raspberries with sour candy lemons. If soft and sweet mangoes and peaches are more your jam, try the Mango Peach flavor.
Canna River is a super approachable brand on purpose. The creators wanted a brand that produces items with every person in mind. Beneficial products for you, no matter what your speed.

CALCULATING YOUR CBD DOSE
Dosing needs vary greatly by individual, but we typically recommend 50-100mg per day. You can check out our more complete dosing guide. To calculate the milligrams per dropper, take the strength of the entire bottle (2500mg or 5000mg for example) and divide by 60, which is the number of milliliters per bottle. A 5000mg bottle would be 83mg per 1ml dropper, for example.
HOW TO TAKE CANNA RIVER CBD OIL
CBD oil is usually taken sublingually. In short, “sublingually” means “under the tongue”. This has a faster absorption rate that will get the CBD into your bloodstream quicker. To take CBD oil sublingually; choose your potency, fill the dropper, place the liquid under your tongue, let it hang out there for 1 minute, then swallow it. Before swallowing, it is recommended to swish around your mouth to create maximum absorption through the rest of your mouth’s tissues. You can read all about taking CBD oil sublingually here.
Even though taking CBD oil sublingually is the preferred method, maybe you want to add yours into a drink. This doesn’t affect the benefits of the CBD oil, but it will reduce the speed at which it gets into your bloodstream. You can easily add the tincture into any drink you’d like at your choice dosage. If you want to add yours into a cocktail, you should read our CBD and Alcohol blog for the benefits of mixing and for a couple of CBD cocktail recipes you can make at home.
