Shipping information:

•We ship orders the same day if ordered by 12pm CST Monday-Friday.

•If you either earned free shipping or selected USPS First Class Shipping, it is estimated to take between 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It can take longer depending on USPS performance.  We have no control over this and encourage our customers to select priority mail shipping.  Contacting us will not speed up delivery.

•USPS Priority Mail is estimated to be 2-4 business days, depending on distance and USPS performance.  Once again, this is not guaranteed and we are unable to influence this once it's shipped.

•USPS Priority Mail Express for existing, logged-in customers is guaranteed by the USPS for delivery in 1-2 business days (except AK and HI) by the USPS.  If this guarantee is not met please contact us for a shipping refund of the difference between the Express Charge and First Class Mail charge.

Vape cartridges and disposables can sometimes get clogged and appear to be dead/defective. Holding the device in your hand for a minute or so to warm it up and then doing a few short hard puffs can help get it going. You may have to do this a couple of times to be successful.

You may return most unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date in which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Flower, kratom powder, and any opened products may not be returned for safety reasons.
