How to Use This Sage Smudge Stick
- Before lighting the stick, set your intention for the ceremony.
- Light the smudge stick. Hold the bundle at a 45-degree angle, light the end using a match or lighter, & let burn for about 20 seconds.
- Extinguish the Flame: After flames appear, gently tap the stick to the bowl to extinguish the flame or gently blow it out.
