CBD Edibles and Drinks come in a huge variety of shapes, sizes, products and flavors, but is intended for those who prefer to ingest CBD more casually or accompanied by other major tastes like sugar, coffee, tea, lemonade and more.

The product range includes CBD Gummies, CBD Dried Fruit, CBD Chill Shots, CBD Chocolate and candy, CBD Coffee and Tea, CBD protein bars and CBD strips, just to name a few.

As with other CBD products, be sure to determine if you want a pure CBD-isolate product, or Broad-Spectrum or Full-Spectrum CBD products.  Those definitions can be found under CBD education.  Also, many of the edibles products may be "sprayed" with CBD or may have the CBD infused into the manufacturing process, which tends to be higher quality to ensure consistency.

Because CBD dosing tends not to be that specific, these products work well for those who want to ingest CBD more casually, or if not, be sure to calculate the CBD milligrams per item (such as a gummy).  Sitting around eating a whole 3000mg jar of CBD gummies throughout the day is not advised.

Using CBD Edibles and Drinks is incredibly simple - eat it or drink it.  Some of the drinks are made in individual shot portions or comes in larger packs (like coffee) where you should follow the instructions on how to brew it.

CBD Edibles and Drinks provide all the same effects as CBD for the general body in terms of overall health, wellness and dealing with specific challenges.  Common ailments like sleep needs, depression, anxiety and pain are often why people turn to edibles.

Some of the CBD Edibles contain other elements such as Melatonin for sleep, or Protein in the case of protein bars, and are fit-for-purpose.  Be sure to read the label or contact us and ask for help.

Dosage for a typical CBD user of CBD Edibles and Drinks from 25mg to 100mg per day.  It's our suggestion to start at 25mg to 50mg and see if you are seeing the desired effect.  Some of the snacks are tempting, so be careful not to take too much before you understand how that dosage impacts you.  Although CBD does not "sedate" you, it can make you feel relaxed.
